A Hopkinsville woman was charged after she was found walking in the middle of the road on Canton Street Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 20-year-old Madison Klar was confused when asked why she was walking in the middle of the road and admitted to having meth in her possession.
She was also found to have a syringe in her pocket. She was arrested and charged with possession of meth and public intoxication.
