A Hopkinsville man was charged with indecent exposure on West 15th Street near the rail trail Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 54-year-old Billy Sanders was naked from the waist down and had a stick with a sock on the end, claiming it was a snake.
He was arrested and charged with public intoxication and second-degree indecent exposure.
