A Pembroke man was charged with possession of drugs and violating an emergency protective order on Pembroke Oak Grove Road Monday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say 40-year-old Nathan Pickens was found within 500 feet of property he was ordered to stay away from.
During the investigation, he was reportedly found to have Suboxone strips, a cut straw with a white substance on it, a firearm with the serial number scratched off, open containers of alcohol, unlabeled prescription pills, suspected meth, and hollow point ammunition.
He was arrested and charged with possession of a defaced firearm, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, trafficking meth, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, and using restricted ammo during a felony.
