Great weather opened the door for the 48th annual Trigg County Country Ham Festival to be one of the best ever.
Cadiz Mayor Todd King had nothing but praise for new Trigg County Tourism Director Beth Sumner, the ham festival committee, and employees of the city of Cadiz in response to this year’s festival.

click to download audioThe Trigg County Country Ham Festival began Thursday morning with the annual kickoff breakfast and concluded Saturday night with a concert by the Charlie Daniels Legacy Band. The carnival at West Cadiz Park wrapped up Sunday afternoon.
