A St. Charles man was charged with drug possession after a traffic stop on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville Tuesday afternoon.

Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 62-year-old Kenneth Reinhart for failing to use a turn signal and disregarding a traffic light.

During the stop, he reportedly could not provide proof of insurance, and after a search of his vehicle suspected meth was found in the center console.

An ambulance was reportedly called after he complained of chest pains after being arrested.

He is charged with failure to or improper signal, disregarding a traffic control device, no insurance, and possession of meth.
