Hopkinsville City Council Ward 1 Candidates are focused on what constituents need. Monday evening, during the second round of League of Women Voters General Election debates, democratic candidate Markeeta Wilkerson and write in candidate Natasha Sophia Francis covered topics from teens to homelessness.
Wilkerson says she is new to Ward 1 and is working to learn what residents need.
