A Hopkinsville man was charged after a disturbance on Lafayette Road in Hopkinsville Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 62-year-old Stanley Lee started yelling at a woman who was getting fuel, stating he was going to kill her, then got in her vehicle, kept his hands over her ignition so she could not start the vehicle, and grabbed her hand, bending her finger back.
When she started yelling, he then reportedly left and fled the area.
Lee was located by police and arrested on charges of first-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree assault.
