Howard Choate, age 78, of Cadiz, KY, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at Spring Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Murray, KY.
He was born on February 28, 1946, in Trigg County, to the late Clifton Earl and Helen Elizabeth Huddleston Choate.
Howard retired after 30 years of service with the Kentucky Department of Highway’s Trigg County Maintenance Garage.
A private graveside service was held at East End Cemetery.
