On Tuesday afternoon, a Hopkinsville man was charged in connection to an investigation into a burglary in progress on North Main Street in Hopkinsville.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for a man who was seen entering a home through a window of a vacant house and located 54-year-old James Herman.
He was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.
