A Hopkinsville man was charged with theft and DUI after failing to return a vehicle Wednesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 53-year-old Eddie Juckett borrowed a vehicle to go see his niece and failed to return it on time and would not answer calls and texts.
Police say later that night he returned the vehicle and walked out of the neighborhood but was located by law enforcement and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and charged with DUI and theft by unlawful taking.
