Joy Closet is a community foster care closet dedicating to assuring that every foster family receives financial assistance when taking guardianship of foster children.
Executive Director Heather Gray spoke at a recent Hopkinsville Rotary meeting about the Hope House project, which will help lower the amount of trauma children receive when going through the foster care system.
Gray says preventing further trauma will help foster children thrive in their futures.
