The grant agreement with Kitchen Food Company is undergoing changes. Tuesday night, Hopkinsville City Council heard an amended version of the agreement. City Attorney Doug Willen says there is a change to the payment schedule.

In other business, the Planning and Zoning Commission presented Council with a new zoning at the corner of Russellville Road and the bypass. Community Development Services Director, Tom Britton says the land owner asked for the zoning of the land abutting the airport.
