FNB Bank chose to make a pair of $500 donations to Cadiz-Trigg County non-profits this December: The Way Christian Youth Center and Beta Nu.
Kyle Hensley, FNB’s Trigg County Market President, noted both organizations assist so many in the community, and hoped the donations could go toward the fulfilling of those daily missions.
Located on Lafayette Street, The Way Christian Youth Center is a place where 6th-through-12th grade students come together in a safe, disciplined environment for learning, food, games and other congregate activities under a message of worship and praise.
Beta Nu, meanwhile, is the Trigg County chapter of the international philanthropic sorority Epsilon Sigma Alpha, and it serves as a group of dedicated women who organize fundraisers throughout the year to raise money for programs and organizations within the community.
They are sponsors of the annual Christmas Angel Tree and the Math-a-thon at Trigg County Elementary School, which raises funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Founded in 1875, FNB Bank is one of the oldest in Kentucky — frequently giving back to communities in Graves, McCracken, Calloway, Trigg, and Marshall County.
