A wreck on Country Club Lane in Hopkinsville that caused a power outage led to the driver being charged with DUI on Christmas morning.
Hopkinsville Police say a car driven by 39-year-old Michael Frazier ran off the road and hit a mailbox, then a utility pole causing a power outage.
He was not injured in the crash but after further investigation, he was arrested and charged with DUI third offense.
