A wreck on Newstead Road near the intersection of Sumner Road sent a Hopkinsville man to the hospital Tuesday morning.
Kentucky State Police say a 69-year-old man was westbound when he lost control of his truck while coughing causing it to run off the road and hit a tree.
The man was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for possible injuries.
