Faye “B9” Simpson, age 76, of Gracey, passed away on January 10, 2025, at Jennie Stuart Health of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with no services at this time. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements of their loved one.
Mrs. Simpson was born in Madisonville, on May 8, 1948, the daughter of the late Mary Louise Gamblin. She retired after over 23 years of working at American National Rubber. She was a Christian. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Wayne Simpson; her brothers, Paul Robert Gamblin and Bennie Fork Gamblin; and her sisters, Linda Whitmer and Carol Ann Gamblin.
Survivors include her three sons, John (Tracy) Hughes of Gracey, KY; James (April) Simpson of Hopkinsville, KY, Andy (Ann) Simpson of Owensboro, KY; her brother, Rocky (Sherry) Gamblin of Breman, KY; her sister, Patricia (John) Gossett of Tennessee; her four grandchildren, Allison, Brittany, John, and Katy; and her great-grandson, little Andy.
