Funeral services for 86-year-old Barbara Nell Bowling, of Cadiz, and formerly of Crofton, will be 1 PM Saturday at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Ridgetop Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 Am until the funeral hour.
Survivors include:
Her son, Mike Bowling (Kim), of Newburgh, Indiana;
Her daughter, Stephanie Hancock (Scott), of Cadiz;
Five grandchildren, Madison Davis (Austin), Christian Bowling (Heather), Mackenzie Tanoos (Sam), Ty Hancock and Taylin Hancock;
And five great grandchildren, Hallie, Sam, Sadie, Caroline, and Calvin.
She died of natural causes Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at Christian Care Center.
She was born April 29, 1938, in Colorado, the daughter of the late James Elton Martin, Sr. and Alma Hayden Grant Martin.
She was a private piano teacher for more than 40 years.
She was a member of Kelly Baptist church where she was a pianist and organist, and she loved playing piano and shared her talent at many events throughout her life.
In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Gwendal Bowling, and her brother, James E. Martin, Jr.
