Funeral Services for 85-year-old Frank Mason, Sr, of Christian County will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 24, 2025, at Maddux Fuqua Hinton Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, January 23, 2025.
Frank T. Mason, Sr., age 85, of Christian County, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN of natural causes.
Frank was born on February 25, 1939, in Christian County, the son of the late A. Frank Mason and Ambie B. Taylor Mason. Frank retired after 32 years of service for Christian County Fiscal Court as the County Treasurer. He was a member, elder and former treasurer of Highland Presbyterian Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sons, Terry S. Mason and Mark A. Mason, Sr., his sister, Faye Mason Shemwell, and his daughter in law, Teresa Mason.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Ruth Aldridge Mason of Herndon; his son, Frank T. (Tiffany A.) Mason, Jr. of Christian County; his brother, Ronald (Linda) Mason, Sr. of Herndon; his four grandchildren, Mark A. (Charity B.) Mason, Jr., Dylan A. Mason, Dakota D. Mason, Frank T. Mason, III; and his two great grandchildren, Ellowyn R. Mason and Matilda L. Mason.
