Grand Jury Issues Indictments for Wanton Endangerment and Child Porn

The Christian County Grand Jury returned several indictments on Friday, including on charges of wanton endangerment and child porn.

A true bill was returned on Talimiquis Radford, of Hopkinsville, on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment discharge of a firearm, using restricted ammunition during a felony, receiving stolen property – firearm, possession of marijuana while armed, and convicted felon in possession of a handgun.

The charges are from a Hopkinsville Police investigation of a single shot fired into a home in the 400 block of Faulkner Street on December 3, 2024. Police said it was determined that the shot came from Radford’s home across the street where officers found a shell casing, two guns, and ammunition. Police reported one of the guns was stolen out of Owensboro.

The grand jury indicted Luke Castle, of Hopkinsville, on three counts of distributing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under 12 years of age, and seven counts of distribution of obscene matter.

Castle was arrested in December after an investigation by Hopkinsville Police reportedly found an account online owned by him that uploaded three images portraying a sexual performance by a minor and seven obscene images, along with comments made focused on sexually abusing young children on or about August 14, 2024.

Paul McMillan, of Hopkinsville, was indicted on a charge of failure to comply with the sex offender registry. He was arrested by Hopkinsville Police on or about November 26, 2024.
