A man was severely injured in a collision with a tractor-trailer on US 68 in Trigg County Saturday morning.
Cadiz Police say a tractor-trailer exited onto US 68 from Interstate 24 and was heading westbound when an SUV hit the back of the trailer at the intersection of Broadbent Boulevard.
The driver of the SUV was trapped and had to be cut from the vehicle by Trigg County Rescue before being taken by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital for severe injuries.
The names of the two drivers have not been released. The crash happened just after 1 am.
