A Cadiz man was charged with receiving stolen property while being arrested on a warrant on Madison Street in Cadiz Sunday night.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say they went to the home at 10:30 pm looking for 46-year-old William Maselli who had an active warrant for contempt of court.
While at the home a 12 gauge shotgun that had been reported stolen in Christian County was reportedly located in his room.
He was charged with receiving stolen property.
