A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after he was arrested on an active warrant on West 7th Street Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say at 7 am they noticed 56-year-old Joe Balderas at the Max Fuel and knew he had an active warrant for probation violation.
While arresting him, a bag containing meth was found in his pocket. He is charged with possession of meth.
