Drugs Found During Hopkinsville Warrant Arrest

A Hopkinsville man was charged with drug possession while being arrested on active warrants Wednesday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say they stopped 42-year-old Jose Ramirez-Sanchez because he had two active warrants for non-payment of court costs and failure to appear in court.

During the arrest, he was reportedly found to have a bag of suspected meth along with a glass pipe.

Ramirez-Sanchez was arrested and charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
