A man and woman were rescued from their vehicle after being trapped in high water on Harry Berry Lane Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Firefighters say they were able to use a ladder truck to get to the vehicle, open the door and help the driver and passenger out and onto the ladder truck.
The driver and passenger were taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health to be checked out but did not have any obvious injuries.
The road is covered with water at the rock quarry.
