A horse died in flood waters on Pruitt Lane in Christian County Wednesday morning.
Christian County emergency personnel say a horse and buggy got trapped in flood waters killing the horse.
Everyone in the buggy was able to get out uninjured.
Pruitt Lane remains blocked with road closed signs due to the flooding in the area.
