A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after being arrested for the 39th time Wednesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they arrested 35-year-old Devan Matlock on two active warrants for probation violation, and while at the jail, he was found to have a bag of meth in his mouth.
Matlock is charged with possession of meth, first-degree promoting contraband, and tampering with physical evidence.
