A Hopkinsville man told law enforcement someone took money from his bank account without permission Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say someone he was in a relationship with texted him saying they took $1,000 from his savings account without his permission.
No arrest has been made, but the report lists the charge as fraudulent use of a credit card.
