A report of a burglary in progress led to the arrest of a Hopkinsville man for possession of drugs Saturday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to North Main Street for 38-year-old Andrew Ly who was attempting to make entry through a fence and found him to be in possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
Ly was arrested and charged with possession of meth second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
