Community Shares Thoughts on City Budget

Several community members shared thoughts on how the City of Hopkinsville can better serve residents next year. Mayor JR Knight held a community budget discussion prior to this year’s budget allocation process.

Among those to speak were bell hooks’ sister, Gwenda Motley, who says they want to continue to honor bell hooks legacy and bring people to her hometown.
