A traffic stop on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way in Christian County led to drug charges for a Gracey man and a Hopkinsville woman Tuesday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a truck driven by 43-year-old Daniel Haynes for an improper turn, and during the stop, he was found with a crystal substance believed to be meth along with drug paraphernalia.
Neither Haynes nor his passenger, 40-year-old Ashley Williams, would reportedly admit the drugs were theirs.
Haynes was arrested and charged with possession of meth, improper turning, and disregarding a traffic control device. Williams was also arrested and charged with possession of meth.
