Memorial services for 97-year-old Leslie “Les” Clark, of Cadiz, will be held at later date.
King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
A stepson: Jim Trimborn (Twilla), of Missouri;
Three sisters-in-law: June Barlow, of Cadiz, Patsy Post, of Nixa, Missouri, and Julie Maggart, Rock Island, Tennessee;
A number of grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren.
He was in Henderson November 23, 1927, to Sylvan H. Clark and Lora Craighead Wiley.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Vonnie Jean Clark; son, Steve Clark; stepson, Don Trimborn; stepdaughter, Judy Hoffman (Richard); brother, Bennie Clark; sister, Lettie Lowe.
He died Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, US Air Force Veteran, and a retired truck driver from Chrysler Corporation.
He loved to hunt and fish, and was a very caring, compassionate man who was always willing to help anyone.
