A Cadiz man was found deceased on Adams Mill Road in Trigg County Monday morning.
Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree says a truck driven by David Duncan was overcome by flood waters near the intersection of East Adams Mill Road and washed off the road.
Duncan was found Monday morning after attempts to revive him he was pronounced dead at the scene by the Trigg County Coroner’s Office.
Acree says they are still working to confirm his cause of death but his vehicle being swept away in the water was a contributing factor.
Duncan’s name was released after his family was notified. Detective Shawn Young is handling the investigation.
