Community Highlighted at Compass Awards

Small and large businesses are sporting new hardware after the 2025 Compass Small Business Awards in Hopkinsville Tuesday night. The Christian County Chamber of Commerce President, Taylor Hayes says the night is a staff favorite.

New this year was the Friend of Small Business Award, which Small Business Commission Chair DeAnna Sova says is an important piece of small business.

The award was given to Hopkinsville Mayor JR Knight.

The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County Director Alissa Keller accepted the Friend of the Community Award.

H&R Agri-Power Owner, Wayne Hunt presented the Agriculture/Agri-Business Award to the Christian County Extension Office.
