A memorial visitation for 49-year-old Chad Morse of Spring Hill, Tennessee and a native of Cadiz, will be held Friday, Jan. 19, 2024, from 3-5 p.m. at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz

Chad Morse passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tenn.

Born May 23, 1974, in Princeton, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Mildred “Millie” Kannady Morse. Chad had worked at the Trigg County Ambulance Department and as a dispatcher for the Trigg County 911 Dispatch Center. He was a direct supervisor of hurricane operations in the Virgin Islands from 2018-2022. Chad was also involved in community outreach as a shelter service coordinator at Religious Community Services (RCS) in New Bern, N.C. (2020)
