The Friends of Lake Barkley are putting on their annual fireworks show Sunday, July 2.
The show is planned to begin around 9 p.m. at Lake Barkley Beach and will be 18 minutes long.
While the show is free to the public, Friends of Lake Barkley President Jim Mullen said the group will be collecting donations at the top of the hill starting around 3 p.m.

Mullen said Friends of Lake Barkley have been painting the park in preparation for the holiday weekend.
