Gay Wheeler Radford, age 80 of Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at her home of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with a celebration of life to be held at a later date. Maddux-Fuqua- Hinton has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Mrs. Radford was born on January 18, 1943, in Statesboro, GA, to the late Fred Odell Wheeler and Irene Myrl Gay. Gay was a commercial accountant for Higgins Insurance for over 20 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wynn “Billy” Long Radford, Jr.; and her brother, Fred Wheeler, Jr.
Survivors include her son, Joey Parrish and his wife Tammy; her daughter, Natalie Tristy Allison and her husband Mike; her brothers, Charlie Wheeler, and Stephen Wheeler; her sisters, Connie Kearney and her husband Ronnie, Shawn Taylor and her husband Jimmy; her grandchildren, Chelsea Hahnefeld and her husband Matt, Shelby Folz and her husband Dustin, Brooklyn Parrish and Hanna Parrish; and six great-grandchildren.
