A landlord reported a large amount of damage to his property on Circle Drive in Hopkinsville Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say over $18,000 worth of damage was done to the apartment by a former tenant.
No arrest has been made but the report lists the charge as first-degree criminal mischief of residential rental property.
