Funeral Services for 83-year-old Robert “Bob” Lett of Cadiz, will be at 1:00 p.m. EDT, Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home in Vandalia, Ohio.

Burial will follow in Polk Grove Cemetery in Vandalia, Ohio

Local Visitation will be at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, after 4:00 PM

Survivors include:

Wife of 35 years – Jackie Hoover Lett, Cadiz

Sister – Judy Weber, Pitsburg, Ohio

Daughter – Rebecca Marie

Daughter – Dawn Renee

Robert “Bob” Lett passed away Saturday, August 12, 2023, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee

Born November 20, 1939, in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Robert Ronald Lett and the late Lillian Crist Lett.

He retired from General Motors where he worked as a data analyst in acquisitions for over 46 years, the majority of that time in Dayton, with the last eight years in Plano, Texas.

After settling into his retirement in Trigg County, Kentucky, Bob enjoyed living life on the lake with his wife, spending his time fishing, building his garage, and N-scale model railroading. He was a member of the Trigg County Historical Society and Friends of Lake Barkley.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Jackie Hoover Lett of Cadiz; a sister, Judy Weber of Pitsburg, Ohio; two daughters, Rebecca Marie and Dawn Renee; and several grandchildren.

Local arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main Street in Cadiz, where the family will receive friends beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2023.

Funeral services will be at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S Dixie Drive, Vandalia, Ohio, at 1:00 p.m. EDT, Saturday, August 19, 2023. with burial to follow in Polk Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
