An Oak Grove man was arrested and charged with criminal abuse after an investigation on Gleaves Lane Wednesday morning.
Oak Grove Police say 26-year-old Michael Curry hit an 8-month-old child causing injuries to the child.
The child was taken by private vehicle to the hospital to be checked out and Curry was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal abuse of a child 12 years old or under.
