A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs on West 7th Street in Hopkinsville Saturday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for 51-year-old Ronald Livingston who appeared to be unconscious and not breathing in a vehicle.
While officers were talking with him as he was checked out by EMS he reportedly gave consent to search the vehicle and meth, Suboxone, and an unknown powder were located.
He was arrested and charged with possession of meth, trafficking opiates, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).
