A Celebration of Life for 57-year-old James Ernest “Ernie” Knight, of Winchester, will be held at a later date.
Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
His sons, Brad Knight (Maryann), of Hopkinsville, Josh Knight (Kristin), of Hopkinsville;
His sisters, Connie McKelvey (Mark), of Clarksville, Tennessee, Brenda Stotts (Charles), of Missouri, Shelia Burrington (Chad), of Washington;
And two grandchildren.
He died Sunday, November 19, 2023, at his home of natural causes.
The family has chosen cremation.
He was born November 18, 1966, in Hopkinsville, the son of late James Ruby “Rubin” and Mary Edith Rose Knight.
He worked for 17 years at Dana Corporation. He served three years as military police in the United States Air Force and was of the Christian faith.
