A Hopkinsville woman was charged after she allegedly assaulted a man while he was working on an apartment on Koffman Drive in Hopkinsville Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 35-year-old Marissa Joy entered an apartment while the man was working on the apartment and hit him in the arm when she was told to leave. The man then found his car tires had been punctured and were flat.
Joy was located at her work on Fort Campbell Boulevard where she was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree burglary.
She was also found to have a warrant for failure to appear.
