The Cadiz Fire Department is proud of a new fire truck recently delivered after the vehicle was purchased from a fire department in Pennsylvania.
Cadiz Mayor Todd King and newly appointed Fire Chief Josh Holley brought the new truck to the WKDZ-WHVO studios to highlight the features and the protection it will help provide Cadiz residents.
Mayor King says the truck was recently purchased after Chief Holley and former Fire Chief Bill Wood traveled to Pennsylvania to inspect it.

Holley says the truck can hold up to six firefighters.
He says the new truck replaces an aging truck that will be retired.
This is the first new truck the Cadiz Fire Department has purchased since 2016.
