A medical problem is believed to have caused a wreck on Hardy Road in Trigg County Thursday morning.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say a truck was southbound when the driver had some kind of medical issue causing the vehicle to run off the road and hit a culvert.
The driver was transported by ambulance to a waiting helicopter that flew him to a Nashville hospital. The full extent of his injuries was unknown.
