A Hopkinsville man was charged with assaulting a juvenile and then taking his clothing on West 17th Street Friday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say the juvenile was at his girlfriend’s house when her child’s father, 19-year-old Alyshawaughn Hicks, showed up, struck him several times, then demanded his clothing or he would shoot and kill him.
When officers arrived at the home, police say Hicks resisted arrest by pulling away from officers and yelling.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, second-degree robbery, second-degree disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
