An Oak Grove woman was charged with drug possession after she was reportedly found passed out in a vehicle on Hopkinsville Road in Trigg County Wednesday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff’s Deputy Kenny Vincent says they got out with 28-year-old Jodi Green when they noticed her slumped over the steering wheel in a parking lot.
She reportedly gave officers a fake name, and after being arrested, law enforcement K9 Rex alerted to drugs being in the vehicle.
Vincent says a white powder substance that tested positive for heroin was found along with several Alprazolam pills.
She was charged with possession of heroin, giving the officer false identifying information, and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
