Officials with Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library are preparing to install a permanent “StoryWalk,” which allow families and children to take in an outdoors adventure through a unique lens.
Set for Tuesday morning at 9:00 on the library’s grounds at 1101 Bethel Street, StoryWalk is an interactive reading experience that brings stories to life while on a stroll. Roughly a mile of scenic pathways, discover pages of a story displayed at different stations.
Each quarter of the year, a new story will be featured, providing fresh opportunities for families to bond and explore together.
This project was made possible thanks to an amazing partnership with Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation, and it promotes literacy, exercise and time spent in nature, all while supporting a love for reading and learning.
