A wreck on Interstate 24 in Christian County sent a man to a Nashville hospital Monday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say an SUV was westbound three miles west of the Kentucky 272 exit when his vehicle collided with the tractor-trailer, ran off the road, and overturned, coming to a rest in the median.
The driver had to be cut from his vehicle before he was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to a waiting helicopter that flew him to a Nashville hospital due to a head injury.
