A Hopkinsville man was charged after a report of a man exposing himself to people at a restaurant on Fort Campbell Boulevard Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they located 54-year-old Ronnie Parker at the Rodeway Inn with no pants or underwear on.
He reportedly had slurred speech and was unable to stand.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree indecent exposure and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
