Leo Berry, age 76, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Leo was born in Long Beach, California, on July 5, 1948, the son of the late Calvin Gale Berry and Arlene Johnson Berry. He was a Contractor for Hudd, a former police officer of Ocala, FL, and a member of First Baptist Church in Cross City, FL. He was a 3rd Degree Mason and a Past Master of two different lodges in FL. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Mary Ann Barrow.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Cindy Berry of Hopkinsville; his son Sean (Terra) Creighton of Oak Grove, KY; his daughters, Jennifer (Chip) Hefner of Ocala, FL, Christina (Devin) Waldeck of Cross City, FL; his two brothers, Patrick (Dottie) Berry of Tampa, FL, John (Kathy) Berry of Homeland, FL; and his eleven grandchildren.
